The US has ever introduced the patent system of first to Invent, but since 2013 it has introduced first Inventor to File.  

The US patent system focuses more on protecting the rights and interests of inventors. There is a risk that the patent will be invalidated if the inventor in the documents is not the true inventor. In fact, the truth is simple, the invention is created by the inventor. if the inventor is not the true inventor, then the basis of the patent application is questionable.

Many enterprises in China are used to filling patent applications with the CEO as the inventor.  Even if such a patent is authorized, it can be only hung on the wall but is not enforceable.
