At present, many domestic Chinese applicants are entrusted with domestic agents, and domestic agents are requested to look for American agents to represent US cases. If the applicant is aimed to protect its own technology, it is recommended that the applicant to search the patent agent and review the cases handled by that patent agent as well as his or her amendments in office action responses, because some patent agents are actually not experienced, because they may only sign signature for submitting the patent applications, even if these patent applications are granted, they are not able to enforce before the court.
